GENDER VIOLENCE IN VENEZUELAN SOCIETY.-

Venezuela does not escape, the magnitude of the problem around the violence toward women in relation to the rest of the world.

Prior to leave the scope of the right, statistics, the Laws, Covenants, treaties and conventions National and International, it must refer to the daily to illustrate in simple language, what is happening in the vast majority of the homes venezuelans, without distinction of classes or social status, or cultural level.

The family violence that is a monster that does not discriminate or race or religion, or "sex" or social position or economic; thus it can give account of the great barbarities and cases of acts of violence that go unpunished to punish the law that simply are reported to the police headquarters nearest which do nothing to prevent such outrage.

Couples, whether by unions of fact or law always have their differences of views, opinions and sometimes even in a way to proceed. In general, the man, always objected to the position, criterion or point of view of similar. The correct proceed finds standards of behavior on which emerge the concept of "be a civilized living harmoniously in society".

By the fact be a herding and live in society, the man to settle the human relations, has created the rules, so that there is a healthy and harmonious social life.

However, not all we patterns of behavior or rules, not all obey rules and laws, but we are lead by primitive drive itself from a living, denoting that us beings that we have not come in the evolutionary chain.

Domestic violence starts with the distortion of the discussion until reaching the offenses, the sea of times we terrifies express our emotions or simply our point of view, in a couple, preferring occasionally "silence toxic, followed by a "better i callus not to put the thing worse, because insurance that i am not going to understand. I do not want more problems in my life as a couple". We an invitation to the violence, when we use offenses in a "exchange of ideas" with the couple, using derogatory adjectives or descalificativos; however, these arguments are not reasoning and sufficient enough to justify the actions primitive and wild managed by part of the couple, which degenerate not only offenses but also in physical harm and occasionally until property.

These verbal attacks generally are converted into physical assaults, with breakdown of tissues that can reach magnitudes desproporciónales as to sesgarle life to another.

It is not to take part in any of the sides, it is simply to avoid once and for all the violence against women. It is to recognize in principle the inequality of brute force, and the problem of fund, a mismatch psychological that verges on a criminal conduct prequalification by criminologists and specialists in criminal law as sadism (which feels pleasure to cause pain to another) and sadomasochism ( when the victim feels pleasure with the damage that cause).

On the basis of the situation described above, is logical inference is that with the term VIOLENCE define: "Any action or omission of a person or community in power relationship, that violent the right to full development and welfare of people, and that determines a gap between its potential and its reality" (MORENO: 61.,28). OR if we take the "... Intentional use of force against a similar with the purpose of hurt, abuse, stealing, humiliate, dominate, restrict, torture, destroy or cause death" (RED: Notes the reader). In both cases already can "read" that it is not only of physical force but implies the psychological, emotional, which can also lead to suicide because it is a violent action that often is motivated by the desire for revenge and/or despair.

In the same way, we can bring certain situations in which we note violence in Venezuela, thus:
•At School, when girls should "fix" the hall while men finish the exercise of mathematics
• The sexist jokes that diminish to women in their status of women, exalted to man.
• The disguised campaigns on television that diminish the status of the genre
•At home, inequality to spread the tasks unevenly, with greater burdens to women and deslastrando of obligations to the man from small, establishing a priori subordination of gender in reason of old social roles taxes to women, in society.
The live a life without violence of the husband, the partner, the head, the State is a right of the Human seems logical but there are that emphasis on this, because the rights of women and the human rights are often different (the best way to do not identify: do not see).
The violence toward women by the mere fact of being hidden, is recognized as a private problem, individual not important, trivial, secondary but we know that the sexism kills and that is selective according to the cycles of life; even kills before birth to the selected with preference the male fetus, or in the situation of the girl ill-fed at home in relation to the brothers.
In conclusion, as he said the Convention of Belem do Para, live a life without violence includes for the women enjoy be free of any form of discrimination and "to be valued and educated free of stereotyped patterns of behavior and social and cultural practices based on concepts of inferiority.

On the other hand, is important is mentioned that the Legislature considered include in the ORGANIC LAW ON THE RIGHT OF WOMEN TO A LIFE FREE OF VIOLENCE, the considerations surrounding the precautionary measures to be dictated by the Judge in the case:

1.*Arrest transitional aggressor up to 48 hours to be served in the establishment that the court agreed.
2.*Prohibition Order out of the country of the alleged assailant, whose term as determined by the court in accordance with the gravity of the facts.
3.*Prohibition to alienate and taxing goods by the community marital or concubinaria, up to 50 percent (50%). 4.*Ban for the alleged aggressor to reside in the same municipality where women victims of violence has established its new residence, where there is evidence of persecution by it.
5.*Burglary of the place where committed the acts of violence.
6.*Set an obligation food in favor of women victims of violence, after socio-economic assessment of both parties
7.*Impose on the alleged aggressor the obligation to attend a specialized center in the field of gender violence. 8.*Any other measures necessary for personal protection, physical, psychological and property of the women victims of violence.

In that order of ideas worth noting that this social scourge that is causing severe damage in societies not only of Venezuela, but also of the entire planet, "the most serious consequence the experienced by children, who methods the pattern of conduct and to be people generate the same acts of aggression" (Dr. Yisel Soares- Penal- Santa. María University. )

In conclusion we can warn that the creation of this Law, ORGANIC LAW ON THE RIGHT OF WOMEN TO A LIFE FREE OF VIOLENCE, is a big step for the breakdown of paradigms, in the improvement of our country. Under which it regulates and sets standards to ensure order and protection of women as vertical column leadership of the basic unit of society, which is the family, Claiming that the rights acquired the conglomerate social, by natural route, implying that the make visible and penalize the violations of human rights of women As the draw attention to the facts aggressive individuals that affects; which includes their civil rights and political, socio-economic and legal court with an emphasis on matters such as domestic violence between the consequences of which are not the achievement of justice and protection.
